Our Story

Our Agency started as friends who love to plan travel for family and friends that grew into an agency.  We feel our role is essential to help our Clients have the best trip possible. We aim to help with planning so that our clients can enjoy their vacation creating cherished  memories.  Making memories, is a large part of what we are about. Each of our Agents comes to our Agency with a plethora of life and or professional experience of working or living with the unique concerns shared by so many in this community.

Beth loves to plan travel and specializes but not limited to travel with special needs.  She shares her experience of over 45 years of creating memorable travel.   With a Masters in Psychology, with 22 years of Mental Health experience, my primary emphasis has been focused on helping families with parenting, learning disorders, ADHD, Spectrum Disorders, communication skills, anxiety, grief and loss.  She understands the requirements of not only the individual with special needs; but  understand the impact this has on the entire family. I have worked in programs providing family services and combine that with my love and experience with Disney to help others plan that magical journey.  As a single mother of three grown children I’ve experienced travel in many ways. My planning experience includes Asthma, ADHD with children and adults, Spectrum Disorders, Neurological Disorders, Language Disorders, Learning Disorders, Cerebral Palsy, Parkinson’s, Memory Disorders, Seniors and Aging, Mobility, Cognitive Disorders, Mood Disorders, Anxiety, PTSD, Aphasias, Diabetes Type 2 and other diet issues, Spinal Muscular Atrophy, Muscular Dystrophy, Stress, Blended Families, Single Parenting, Economical Travel, Hearing loss and IBS.  She is also the founder of Mouse-Aid.org,  a planning and travel site specifically for Disney fans with Special Needs with articles and links to help make vacations a little more magical. This site was founded specifically to help parents with coping with Disney travel and special needs. Shelley Tolson

Co-Founder

Shelley has over 40 years experience in the New Orleans and the Mississippi Gulf Coast Tourism and Hospitality Industry, specializing in meeting and convention planning and customer service.  She has planned and organized numerous family and school reunions as well as many weddings. Planning and organizing successful events requires superb attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. She has planned meetings, reunions and weddings, destination weddings and cruise trips. Her goal for each event was, and still is, to ensure each guest feels welcomed, comfortable and secure, while providing the best in accommodations.  She loves having the opportunity to connect my customers with stress free life-changing and “memorable expeditions”. She provides that personalized trip with a memorable touch.
